2025 Wheelchair USA Tour

TJoin us for a groundbreaking opportunity to visit the founding locations of wheelchair basketball in the USA! Aussie Basketball Travellers, in partnership with Basketball NSW, offers aspiring athletes from across Australia a chance to participate in two exclusive live-in basketball camps.

Tour Highlights:

  • University of Alabama Camp: Train at world-class wheelchair basketball facilities and develop your skills in a region with a rich basketball history.

  • University of Illinois Camp: Learn from top coaches at the birthplace of wheelchair basketball and enhance your game.

  • Over 40 hours of court time, plus sightseeing opportunities, including a stop in Los Angeles and Disneyland.

Price: $6850* (final price subject to participant numbers, flight costs, and exchange rates).

Eligibility: Athletes aged 14–24. Includes campus and academic tours prior to camps.

Professional Development: Coaches, physiotherapists, and sports scientists can also participate in professional development sessions, gaining insights from leading universities in athlete services and coaching.

  • Our Foundation Tour targets athletes aged 14 years to 24 years old.

  • Exact dates to be confirmed once camp dates are announced - expected dates are 23rd June to 7th July 2025 - 15 days

  • Players $6850* - final price to be determined based on total number of participants. Subject to change with flight prices and forex rates.

    Parents/Supporters $6550* - - final price to be determined based on total number of participants. Subject to change with flight prices and forex rates.
