  1. More than 100 days prior to departure 20% of the total cost is non-refundable

  2. 76-100 days prior to departure 45% of the total cost is non-refundable

  3. 61-75 days prior to departure 75% of the total cost is non-refundable

  4. Less than 61 days prior to the group's departure No refund
